Trip Bookings

Because every trip is booked directly with a third-party travel partner, cancellation terms are set by that partner, not by Snow Hopes. Please refer to your booking confirmation from True North Travel, Ski Solutions Limited, or Andorra Travel Service (whichever applies to your trip) for the exact cancellation window, fees and refund process.

Merchandise Orders
